Parhaiden kasvupaikkojen ideologialla vuonna 1947 syntynyt Palmer & Co on samppanjaosuuskuntien tähti. Kellarissakin filosofia on kohdallaan: ”Palmerilla on aikaa”. Palmerilla suuremmat pullokoot ovat arvossaan, ja tila tuottaa tavanomaista suuremman osan viineistään magnumeissa. Raymond Ringeval haluaa tuoda esiin magnumien etuja tarjoten upeat vuosikertasamppanjat sekä pulloissa että magnumeissa. Näin ollen eksklusiivinen tasting on oodi Palmerin vahvuuksille, sillä Raymond on poiminut meille kaikkein hienoimpia vuosikertoja maisteltavaksi. Nykyisen 2015 vuoden viinin ohella pääsemme maistamaan aikaa uhmaavan raikkaan vuosikerran 1996 ja loistokkaan intensiivisen vuosikerran 1985. Tätä tastingia ei kannata jättää väliin!

Kaupallinen johtaja Raymond Ringeval on ollut Champagne Palmerin leivissä vuodesta 2013 alkaen. Hänen käsissään Champagne Palmerin brandiä on nostettu kansainväliseen tietoisuuteen. Ennen Palmeria Raymond työskenteli kahdeksan vuotta Champagne Ayalan vientipäällikkönä. Huippuviinit ja kypsät samppanjat ovat hänen intohimonsa, mikä sopii aitoon Palmerin henkeen.

The 1947 founded Palmer & Co is the brightly shining star of champagne cooperatives. The cellar philosophy is mouth-watering: ’Palmer has time’, as the wines enjoy particularly long maturation times. Palmer values large bottle formats and an unusually large share of the production is bottled in magnums. In his master class, Raymond Ringeval wants to bring forward the benefits of magnums by offering the wines both in bottle and magnum. Thus exclusive master class is an ode to Palmer’s fortes, as Raymond has hand-picked some of the greatest vintages for us to savour. The current vintage 2015 is joined by the age-defyingly fresh 1996 and hugely concentrated 1985. A master class not to miss!

Commercial director Raymond Ringeval has been with Champagne Palmer’s since 2013 with raising the house’s international recognition as his main target. Before Palmer, Raymond worked for eight years as the export manager of Champagne Ayala. Top wines and mature champagnes are his passion, which perfectly matches the spirit of Palmer.
