Grand Champagnen toisen kerroksen Champagne Balconylta löydät mielenkiintoisia nousevia tuottajanimiä, jotka ovat vasta rantautumassa Suomen markkinoille. Nämä kuusi taloa esittäytyvät Master Classissa, kukin edustajansa ja yhden tuotteensa kautta samppanja-asiantuntija Jukka Sinivirran johdatuksella.

Marnen jokilaakson monipuolisia Meunier -terroireja edustavat Apollonis, Thierry Fournier ja Robert Allait. Uusia samppanjataloja syntyy harvoin mutta nuoret ja dynaamiset Brimoncourt ja EPC näyttävät, että sekin on Champagnessa mahdollista. Myös Burgundin ikonisen Olivier Leflaiven sisartalo, huippukylien terroireihin panostava Valentin Leflaive perustettiin äskettäin vuonna 2015. Tule tapaamaan näitä nousevia nimiä ja tutustu moninaisiin filosofioihin luonteikkaiden samppanjoiden takana.

Master Classissa Champagne Champagne Apollonista edustaa omistaja Michel Loriot, Champagne EPC:tä vientipäällikkö Thibault Lopin, Robert-Allaita vientipäällikkö Delphine Frichet, Champagne Thierry Fournieria kaupallisesta kehityksestä vastaava Justine Chevrier, ja Champagne Valentin Leflaivea operatiivinen johtaja Sophie Davanture. Master Classin moderoi viihdyttävästi ja asiantuntevasti pitkän linjan samppanjataitaja, kirjoittaja, kouluttaja ja konsultti Jukka Sinivirta.

At Grand Champagne’s second floor Champagne Balcony you will find interesting up-and-coming producers that are about to enter the Finnish market. These six houses will present themselves in the Master Class, each through their representative and one of their cuvées, hosted by champagne expert Jukka Sinivirta.

The diverse Meunier terroirs of the Marne river valley are represented by Apollonis, Thierry Fournier and Robert Allait. Birth of new champagne houses is rare, but the young and dynamic houses of Brimoncourt and EPC show that it is indeed possible. Likewise, Valentin Leflaive, the sister house of Burgundy’s iconic Olivier Leflaive, with a focus in great terroirs, was founded as recently as 2015. Come meet these rising names and discover the many philosophies behind the characterful champagnes.

In the Master Class, Champagne Champagne Apollon is represented by owner Michel Loriot, Champagne EPC by export manager Thibault Lopin, Robert-Allait by export manager by Delphine Frichet, Champagne Thierry Fournier by commercial development manager Justine Chevrier, and Champagne Valentin Leflaive by operational manager Sophie Davanture. The Master Class is entertainingly and expertly moderated by long-time champagne connoisseur, writer, educator and consultant Jukka Sinivirta.
