Caroline Brun is an instinctive Champagne artist with a discerning palate who paints her tasting memories. Grand Champagne Helsinki has invited Caroline to interpret the six champagnes of our Star Guests that will be served at the Grand Champagne Dinner 23rd of April.

Like a sommelier who takes you to the land of wine in a starred restaurant, Caroline BRUN is an instinctive Champagne artist with a discerning palate who paints her tasting memories and reinterprets our senses by identifying and shifting the intrinsic properties of wine through her art: The Visual Tasting . Process art and synesthesia blend, it combines technical knowledge, terroir and sensitivity and shakes the world of creativity and understanding of wine.

The artist, wine communication professional, sake sommelier, graduate in wine journalism, and member of tasting jury, is a true alchemist and offers an abstract art that is not. Her works are her technical tasting sheets with an extra soul, as varied in techniques and media as the wines tasted can be.

A promising talent, who received the special mention of Best International Artist by the jury of the MAVV Wine Art Museum – Portici – Italy 2021 and Prima Artista in Milan by Bollicine del Mundo in 2025, and was invited to join the academic society for education and encouragement of ARTS SCIENCES and LETTERS – Paris, and to ART CAPITAL in Grand Palais last February.
