Vinkit onnistuneeseen tapahtumaan

Kevät on vihdoin saapunut Helsinkiin tuoden mukanaan Vanhalle Ylioppilastalolle tietysti kuplivimman samppanjan juhlan! Meille on erityisen tärkeää, että jokainen vieras pääsee nauttimaan samppanjan maailmasta, sekä tietysti innostuneesta ilmapiiristä, pirskahtelevista kuplista, herkullisista ruoista ja Master Class -maisteluluennoista.
Nappaa siis tästä artikkelista vinkit talteen onnistuneen tapahtumakokemuksen varmistamiseksi. Alle olemme koonneet tärkeimmät tiedot sekä vinkit aina saapumisesta ja pukeutumisesta samppanjajatkoihin saakka.
Tämän viikonlopun aikana annamme samppanjan virrata, ja nautimme pienestä Champagnen lomasta Helsingistä käsin!

Tapahtumaamme tähdittävät niin upeat samppanjat kuin myös tähtivieraamme, jotka vievät sinut syvemmälle samppanjamaailmaan Master Class -maisteluluentojen avulla.

Tapahtumassa on myös saatavilla paperinen käsiohjelma, johon voit vapaasti tehdä muistiinpanoja esimerkiksi kiinnostavista Rare & Fine -pullojen avaamisajankohdista.

Pukeudu sinulle sopivaan tyyliin, mukavuus ennen kaikkea!
Tapahtumassamme saat olla täysin oma itsesi ja pukeutua juuri niin kuin sinusta tuntuu hyvältä! Ymmärrämme kuitenkin, että sopivan asun valinta voi joskus olla yllättävänkin haastavaa. Inspiraatiota voit hakea esimerkiksi Instagramista, josta löydät kuvia aiempien vuosien tunnelmista.
Ruuhka-aikoina Vanhalla lämpötila saattaa nousta, joten tämä kannattaa ottaa huomioon pukeutumisessa, jotta olosi pysyy mahdollisimman mukavana. Tapahtumassa on käytössä narikka, johon voit jättää vaatteita ja tavaroitasi. Mikäli Master Class -luentosi järjestetään Salissa 1, suosittelemme varautumaan pitkähihaisella vilpoisen sään varalta, sillä kyseinen tila on usein hieman muita saleja viileämpi.
Muista nauttia tapahtumasta ja sen tarjoamista elämyksistä
Tapahtumamme kattaa paljon lyhyessä ajassa, kuten upeita samppanjoita, Food Courtin tarjoamia herkkuja, Rare & Fine-samppanjoita, Master Class -luentoja, erikoishaastatteluita, yhteistyökumppaneidemme pisteitä ja tähtivieraita… Muista siis nauttia elämyksestä!
Erilaista maistettavaa, nähtävää ja koettavaa löytyy jokaiseen makuun. Ole siis rohkeasti utelias ja tee elämyksestä sinun näköisesti.
Tapahtuman aikana voit edelleen myös lunastaa paikkasi Master Class -luennoille. Liput Master Class -luennolle voi ostaa verkkokaupasta tai tapahtuman pääsalissa Ceestan ständiltä. Seuraa myös tapahtuman Instagramia (@grandchampagnehelsinki) sillä päivittelemme sinne mielenkiintoista sisältöä myös tapahtumapäivien aikana!
Pääsyliput
Ennakkolippuja on vielä myynnissä jokaiselle päivälle osoitteessa www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. Jokaisena päivänä myymme pääsylippuja myös ovella. Verkkokaupasta sekä ovelta myymme myös iltalippuja tapahtuman viimeiselle kahdelle tunnille.
Huomaa, että tapahtuman ollessa täynnä, lippuja vapautuu ovimyyntiin sitä mukaan, kun vieraita poistuu tilasta.
Sisäänpääsylipun hintaan kuuluu Lehmann Grand Champagne 25cl -samppanjalasi, joka jaetaan sisään tullessa. Tämän lasi on sinun, eli saat sen ihan kotiin vietäväksi!
Master Class -luennot
Mikäli olet osallistumassa Master Class -luennolle, muistathan, että sinulla täytyy olla myös pääsylippu ostettuna tapahtumaan.
Master Class -luennot järjestetään Vanhan Ylioppilastalon yläkerrassa, jossa on neljä (4) tasting-salia. Etuovelta katsottuna Salin 1, 3 & 4 sisäänkännit voi löytää menemellä vasemmalta rappusista ylös, kun taas Salin 2 sisäänkäynti löytyy yläkerrasta oikealta. Voit tarkistaa Master Class -luentosi salinumeron ohjelmasta.
Suosituksemme on olla paikan päällä 5min ennen luennon alkua. Emme suosittele yläkertaan odottamaan menemistä tämän aikaisemmin, sillä käytävät tastinghuoneisiin ovat melko ahtaat ja tapahtuman työntekijät kulkevat siellä luentojen välissä laatikoiden kanssa, kun huoneita siivotaan ja katetaan uudelleen seuraavaa luentoa varten.
Saapuminen
Tapahtumapaikka on aivan Helsingin ydinkeskustassa ja suosittelemmekin saapumaan tapahtumaan julkista liikennettä hyödyntämällä. Metrolla sekä useilla raitiovaunulla pääset aivan Vanhan Ylioppilastalon kupeeseen.
Mikäli saavut kauempaa, tapahtumapaikka on aivan kävelymatkan päässä niin Kampin linja-autoasemalta kuin Päärautatieasemalta.

Maksaminen
Grand Champagne Helsinki -tapahtumassa voit maksaa pankki- ja luottokortilla, mobiilimaksamisen välineillä mm. puhelin ja kello, sekä American Express -kortilla.
Samppanjoiden ja herkkujen maksaminen tapahtuu näytteilleasettajien pisteillä maisteluannoksen oston yhteydessä.
Afterparty at Minne Champagne & Wine
Tänäkin vuonna teemme yhteistyötä ravintola Minnen kanssa ja he järjestävät joka ilta kuplivimmat jatkot! Minnestä löydät niin musiikkia DJ:n tahtiin, Grand Champagne Helsinki -menun sekä yöpalaa. Tips for a successful event
Spring has finally arrived in Helsinki, bringing with it the most sparkling champagne celebration at the Old Student House! It is especially important to us that every guest can fully enjoy the world of champagne—along with the vibrant atmosphere, lively bubbles, delicious food, and our Master Class tastings.
In this article, you’ll find useful tips to help ensure a successful event experience. Below, we’ve gathered the most important information and guidance, covering everything from arrival to the afterparty.
This weekend, we’ll let the champagne flow and enjoy a little getaway to Champagne—right here in Helsinki!

Our event is headlined not only by outstanding champagnes but also by our special guests, who will take you deeper into the world of champagne through Master Class tastings.

The Old Student House will be open at the following times:
Thursday, 23 April 2026, 16:00–21:30 (alcohol service ends at 21:00)
Friday, 24 April 2026, 15:00–21:30 (alcohol service ends at 21:00)
Saturday, 25 April 2026, 12:00–21:00 (alcohol service ends at 20:30)
A printed programme will also be available at the event, and you are welcome to make notes in it, for example, about the opening times of interesting Rare & Fine bottles.
Dress as you see fit, comfort above all else!
At our event, you are free to be completely yourself and dress in whatever way feels right to you. We do understand, however, that choosing the right outfit can sometimes be surprisingly difficult. For inspiration, you can browse our Instagram, where you’ll find photos from previous years.
During peak hours, the temperature inside the Old Student House can rise, so it’s a good idea to take this into account when choosing what to wear, so that you stay as comfortable as possible. There will be a cloakroom at the event where you can leave your clothes and belongings. If your Master Class takes place in Hall 1, we recommend wearing long-sleeved clothing in case the weather is chilly, as this room is often a little cooler than the others.
Remember to enjoy the event and the experiences it offers.
Our event packs a lot into a short time, such as outstanding champagnes, delicacies from the Food Court, Rare & Fine champagnes, Master Class lectures, special interviews, points from our partners and star guests… So remember to take it all in while it lasts!
There is something to taste, see, and experience for every preference. So be curious and make the experience your own with, for example, Master Class lectures of your interest or try a new dish from the Food Court!
You can still secure your place in the Master Class lectures during the event. Tickets for the Master Class can be purchased from the online shop or from the Ceesta stand (number 46). Also, follow the event on Instagram (@grandchampagnehelsinki), as we will be posting interesting content there during the event days as well!
Entry tickets Advance tickets are still available for every day at www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. On each day, admission tickets will also be sold at the door. Evening tickets for the last two hours of the event are also available both online and at the door.
Please note that if the event is full, tickets will be released for door sales as guests leave the venue.
The admission ticket includes a Lehmann Grand Champagne 25 cl champagne glass, which will be handed out upon entry. The glass is yours to take home.
Master Class lectures
If you are attending a Master Class lecture, please remember that you must also have an entrance ticket. The Master Class lectures will take place upstairs in the Old Student House, which has 4 tasting rooms. From the front entrance, Halls 1, 3 & 4 are reached by going up the stairs on the left, while the entrance to Hall 2 is upstairs on the right. You can check the hall number of your Master Class lecture in the programme.
Our recommendation is to be on site 5 minutes before the lecture starts. We do not recommend going upstairs any earlier than this, as the corridors to the tasting rooms are quite narrow and there will be event staff hovering around with boxes between lectures while the rooms are being cleaned and redecorated for the next lecture.
Arrival
The event venue is in the heart of Helsinki, and we recommend using public transport. You can reach The Old Student House by metro and several tram lines.
If you are coming from further away, the venue is within walking distance of the main train station and the Kamppi bus stations.

Payment
At the Grand Champagne Helsinki event, you can pay with bank and credit cards, mobile payment tools such as phones and watches, and American Express cards.
Champagne and delicacies are paid at the exhibitors’ stands when purchasing tasting portions.
We are at your service during the event
Our staff will be on hand to assist you with any issues throughout the event. You can recognize us, the Grand Champagne Crew, by our black shirts. Feel free to ask for help or more information!
Afterparty at Minne Champagne & Wine
This year as well, we’re partnering with Restaurant Minne, who will host the most sparkling afterparties every evening! At Minne, you’ll find music by a DJ, the Grand Champagne Helsinki menu, and late-night bites. Entry to the afterparty is free, but you can also reserve a table at minnehelsinki.fi. On Friday, don’t miss the Susanna Sivonen x Champagne Pommery Live Art Performance.
