Meille on tärkeintä, että jokainen vieras pääsee nauttimaan onnistuneesti samppanjan kuplivasta maailmasta, ja viettämään aikaa hyvässä seurassa herkullisten juomien ja ruokien parissa.

Tapahtumaamme tähdittävät upeat samppanjat kuin myös tähtivieraamme, jotka vievät sinut syvemmälle samppanjamaailmaan Master Class -maisteluluentojen muodossa.

Pukeudu mukavasti
Tapahtumassamme saat olla täysin oma itsesi ja pukeutua juuri niinkuin haluat! Tiedämme kuitenkin, että asun valitseminen voi toisinaan olla hankala prosessi. Esimerkiksi Instagram postauksistamme voit kurkata kuvia aikaisemmilta vuosilta ja napata inspiraatiota.
Ruuhka-aikoina Vanhalla voi lämpötila kohota, joten suosittelemme huomioimaan tämän pukeutumisessa, jotta sinun olisi mahdollisimman mukava olla. Tapahtumassa palvelee narikka, johon voit jättää vaatteita ja tavaroitasi. Mikäli Master Class -luentonne järjestetään Salissa 1, suosittelemme ottamaan päälle pitkähihaista, sillä tämä huone on usein hieman viileämpi kuin muut salit.

Pääsyliput
Ennakkolippuja on vielä myynnissä torstaille ja lauantaille osoitteessa www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. Jokaisena päivänä myymme pääsylippuja myös ovella. Tapahtuman ollessa täynnä lippuja vapautuu ovimyyntiin sitä mukaan kun vieraita poistuu tilasta.
Sisäänpääsylipun hintaan kuuluu Lehmann Glassin Opale 21 -samppanjalasi, joka jaetaan sisään tullessa. Tämän lasin saat siis ihan ihka omaksi.
Master Class -luennot
Mikäli olet osallistumassa Master Class -luennolle, muistathan, että sinulla täytyy olla myös pääsylippu ostettuna tapahtumaan. Master Class -luennot järjestetään Vanhan ylioppilastalon yläkerrassa, jossa on 4 tasting salia. Etuovelta katsottuna Salin 1 voi löytää oikealta rappusista ylös, kun taas Salit 2-4 löytyvät yläkerrasta vasemmalta. Voit tarkistaa Master Class -luentosi salinumeron ohjelmasta.
Suosituksemme on olla paikan päällä 5min ennen luennon alkua. Emme suosittele yläkertaan odottamaan menemistä tämän aikaisemmin, sillä käytävät tasting huoneisiin ovat melko ahtaat ja täällä hääräilee tapahtuman työntekijöitä luentojen välissä laatikoiden kanssa kun huoneita siivotaan ja katetaan uudelleen seuraavaa luentoa varten.
Saapuminen
Tapahtumapaikka on aivan Helsingin ydinkeskustassa ja suosittelemmekin saapumaan tapahtumaan julkista liikennettä hyödyntämällä. Metrolla ja usealla raitiovaunulla pääset aivan Vanhan Ylioppilastalon kupeeseen.
Mikäli saavut kauempaa niin tapahtumapaikka on aivan kävelymatkan päässä niin juna- kuin Kampin linja-autoasemalta.

Maksaminen
Grand Champagne Helsinki -tapahtumassa voit maksaa pankki- ja luottokortilla, mobiilimaksamisen välineillä mm. puhelin ja kello, sekä American Express -kortilla.
Samppanjoiden ja herkkujen maksaminen tapahtuu näytteilleasettajien pisteillä maisteluannoksen oston yhteydessä.

Below you’ll find tips to ensure a successful event weekend. We’ve compiled the most important information and tips for arrival and dress code.

Our event will feature exquisite champagnes and our star guests, who will take you deeper into the world of champagne through Master Class tasting lectures.

Old Student House doors are open as follows:
Thursday, May 11, 2023, from 4 pm to 9 pm Friday, May 12, 2023, from 3 pm to 9 pm Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 12 pm to 8 pm
Dress comfortably
At our event, you can be yourself and dress however you want! However, we know that choosing an outfit can sometimes be a tricky process. For inspiration, you can check out photos from our previous years’ events on our Instagram page.
During peak hours, the temperature inside the Old Student House can rise, so we recommend considering this when choosing your outfit to ensure comfort. A coat check will be available where you can leave your clothes and belongings. If your Master Class lecture is held in Room 1, we recommend wearing long sleeves, as this room is often slightly cooler than the other rooms.
Remember to enjoy the event and the experiences it offers.
There are many different things to taste, see, and experience – from amazing champagnes and delicious treats offered at the Food Court to Fine & Rare champagnes, Master Class lectures, special interviews, booths from our partners, and star guests.
Be curious and adventurous and make the most of everything the event offers. During the event, you can still secure your spot in a Master Class lecture. Tickets for Master Class lectures can be purchased online or at Ceesta’s stand in the main hall.
Entry tickets
Advance tickets are still available for Thursday and Saturday at www.tapahtumat.ceestashop.fi. We also sell tickets at the door every day. As guests leave the event, we also release tickets for sale at the door.
The admission ticket includes a Lehmann Glass Opale 21 champagne glass, which will be given to you upon entering the event. You get to keep this glass as your own.
Master Class lectures
If you are attending a Master Class lecture, please remember that you must also have a ticket for the event. Master Class lectures are held on the upper floor of the Old Student House, which has four tasting rooms. When facing the main entrance, Room 1 is located up the stairs to the right, while Rooms 2-4 are on the left. You can check the program to find out which room your lecture is in.
We recommend arriving at the lecture room 5 minutes before the start time. We do not recommend going upstairs to wait earlier than this, as the hallways to the tasting rooms are quite narrow, and event staff will be busy cleaning and resetting the rooms in between lectures.
Arrival
The event venue is in the heart of Helsinki, and we recommend using public transportation. You can reach Vanha Ylioppilastalo with the metro and several tram lines.
If you are coming from further away, the event venue is within walking distance from the train and Kamppi bus stations.

Payment
At the Grand Champagne Helsinki event, you can pay with bank and credit cards, mobile payment tools such as phones and watches, and American Express cards.
Champagne and delicacies are paid at the exhibitors’ stands when purchasing tasting portions.
We are at your service during the event
Our staff will serve and assist you with any issues throughout the event. You can recognize us, the Grand Champagne Crew, by our black shirts and pink or orange badges. Feel free to ask for help or more information!
